PAYTIME

"PayTime" is a simple yet effective application, designed and developed to handle the Payroll and attendance needs of any organization. It supports attendance logging either manually or using biometric or RFID based devices. PayTime offers several useful features such as:

• Employee profile maintenance - to define and maintain employee's personal information such as Name, Date of birth, Contact details, Blood group, Emergency contact details, parents/spouse/children's information, salary components, department, designation and lot more.
• Department Maintenance - To define and maintain any number of departments in the Organization
• Designation Maintenance - To define and maintain any number of designations in the Organization
• Organization's Holiday Calendar - To define and maintain a list of declared holidays for the Organization
• Leave Type Maintenance - To define and maintain any number of Leave types such as Earned Leave, Sick Leave, Leave without Pay etc... and also define the Leave Carry forward rules such as lapse, enchash etc...
• Batch and Shift Maintenance - To define and maintain any number working shifts and employee batches and then assign the batches to work on different shifts
• Employee Shift Swapping - in case employees prefer working on different shifts and hence would like to swap their shifts with other employees.
• Track Employee Events - to schedule and tarck employees attending various official events outside the organization's premises
• Salary Heads Maintenance - to define and maintain any number of Salary heads and details such as Basic Salary, PF, ESI, HRA, DA etc...
• Salary loans disbursement - Provision to disburse Salary loans and collect monthly installments
• Ovetime and Undertime Criteria - To define overtime and under-time criteria and calculate the overtime and under-time amount to be paid to the employees
• Payslip generation - To generate salary slip of all the employees taking into account the employee attendance, salary loans and any other criteria
